RECLAIM YOUR LIFE
As your photography business continues to grow and expand, there are lots of hats that you have to wear. You are EVERYTHING in your business: owner, photographer, editor, marketer, accountant, designer, content writer, creative director, and the list goes on and on. While you have been working in all of these roles since day one, it’s probably beginning to feel a little overwhelmed and maybe even burnt out. But, it doesn’t have to be that way! Our lives consist of more than just our work, and we were meant to thrive not just survive.
That’s where I come in.

When we try to do too many things ourselves, we may find that we can do them all, but not well. What’s that saying from college? Sleep, friends, grades, eating – pick 3. While a little dramatic, it’s true! When you try to juggle too many things at once, as some point you are going to drop a ball or two. I believe that we are called to do everything with excellence, and sometimes that means picking and choosing what we do. When you are running your own business, that doesn’t mean you can just quit doing some things and not others, but it does mean that you can choose to have someone help you out. Let me partner with and come along side you to help you best serve your business.
I offer customizable boutique editing for photographers because your time is precious and limited. My single goal is to help you create a more profitable business by allowing you to focus more on your clients and their needs. Instead of spending another late night editing your sessions, let me take on that aspect of your business so that you can actually turn off the computer and close the door to your office at night. It’s so exciting to grow a business, but when you continually pouring yourself into it, then you are not taking the time to develop and grow personally. We probably all need more boundaries in life: not checking our emails every second of every day, enjoying our nights and weekends (when we aren’t shooting weddings!) and really living in the here and now. So let me become your boundary accountability partner!
A few things you should know:

If you aren’t winning, I’m not winning.
The whole purpose of outsourcing your photo editing is to free up your time to focus on the aspects of your business where you thrive. My goal is to relieve and hopefully begin to eliminate stress from your life. But if that isn’t being accomplished, then we need to reexamine how we can make that happen!

Creating the best experience for both of us requires open, two-way communication.
I created this business because I didn’t want to join a large editing company where there is no communication or relationship. I don’t want you to feel like you are lost amongst the thousands of other photographers who are also using those services. When you choose to partner with me, I want to create an editing experience that is totally unique to you and your client’s needs. That means that it’ll take some time, effort, and communication invested to truly create the best experience for you. I created a client questionnaire so that I can get to know you, your work flow, and editing style. That will serve as the foundation on which we will build a partnership that, hopefully, will last a long time!

I’m ok with maybe.
I recognize that this is a BIG step. It’s hard to let someone into the business that you built with your blood, sweat, and tears. It’s hard to imagine letting go of something to a stranger. But I don’t plan on being strangers. I’m in for the long haul. I want to meet with you, whether over coffee in person or through a Skype meeting. When I can get to know you and get to understand your heart behind what you do, only then will I be able to truly serve you to the best of my abilities. I want to love your business and your clients as much as you do, but that’s not going to be able to happen if I don’t get to know. So meet up with me before you make a decision. Get to know me and my heart for serving you, then make your decision!
